There are a few PLLs phase locked loop ICs that are still available, but they aren’t especially easy to lmm566. A few years ago, you’d simply get an IC that did almost everything for you – the NE was a good example, and needed few external parts to make a simple, high performance VCO. If you would like to try method 1 and see if you can get it to function at the top level in a Multisim schematic, I would be able to show you how to convert it into a subckt.
